This company will not give you a loan under the 34.95% APR even if you have a good credit history or are refinancing. This also means that if you refinance a small amount and it does not work out to a 34.95% APR you will be asked to take a higher loan amount or not approved at all due to them not wanting to give out loans without the 34.95% APR. This even goes for refi's, but because it does not give out the 34.95% APR company will not allow the loan to be given. So if you have done business or plan on doing business again you will not get any break in the rate.

This goes for new, current, and past customers. They have no customer loyalty and only care about your allotment.

You will notice that there are NO loans in California are either below or above a certain monetary range, this is because of this policy and not wanting to give the rates that a customer actually deserves for the amount they actually requested!

Depending on your location you are charged a $3 fee for your allotment to be processed, but they will not allow you to pay any other way. They will not release your funds unless you start an allotment even if you would rather have ACH draft or cash.

They have already lost a consumer law suite and am sure they have many others. Be Careful!
