Be aware that per the Better Business Bureau of Cleveland, Ohio, Oxcidental Global is related to the same people as CEM, Livingston Collins & Cohen, 27851 Hilliard Boulevard, Ltd. and Pyramid Sun, LP.

Livingston Collins & Cohen represented themselves as a Private Investment Lender that would generate Term Sheets, take your application fees, then never produce a loan.  BE AWARE.  It was a SCAM.  They open the company under the Secretary of State rules as a legitimate company but act fraudulently.  Once they've taken the application fees, they shut down the business.
