Paradigm Acceptance Incorrect Credit Reporting Refuses to correct Hampton Virginia

My account with the above named company was not paid on time and was sent to collection, I fully take responsibility for my actions. However I paid the collection account in full on Oct. 18 2007 and the company refuses to update my credit report. I disputed with Experian and the company reported that all of the information is correct. I called the company on more than one occasion and was told a supervisor would have to return my call and I never receive a call back. The laptop I financed died before it was 6 months old but I was stupid enough to buy a computer off a company like this Lesson learned. But incorrect credit reporting is against the law.
