Payday Loan Yes I was called by a very rude man that would not give me his name Salt Lake City Utah

I currently have a loan with this company. I arranged to make payments because I had to close my checking account due to unauthorized debits that starting coming out. Initially, I thought that I was going to pay by Moneygram. I discovered (when I tried to make payment at Walmart), that the code Payday Loan yes gave me was not a valid code for Moneygrams. I am not used to paying using Western Union or Moneygrams, so I didn't know there was a difference. Since I was/am needing to make payments on other depts, I paid the ones I was able to, and made arrangements to use the Western Union method next time. I missed one payment, and started getting harrassed at work by a man from PayDay Loan Yes that would not tell me his name, nor would he let me talk with someone else in the company. He called me a liar multiple times and has informed me that since I (won't) pay right now, he is going to contact my employer and have the money drafted out of my paycheck. I have never been treated this way by anyone! This is the worse harrassment, and I would advise anyone not to get into this trap! If anyone has advise for me, I would really appreciate it.

I too am being harassed by Payday-Loan-Yes.
It's going on a month now and they call me at work EVERY day!
You will also find that they will identify themselves in different ways. This is what they have identified themselves as:
First Nat'l Bank of Delaware
First National
First National Services
File a complaint with your AG's office and also file one with the FTC.
These people have also threatened to call my boss and get my employer involved.
This is something they can't do!
They cannot speak to anyone else about your debt with them.
When they call, don't ffeed into them-just hang up.
They are illegal and they know it.
They won't validate youe debt, send you a copy of their license to operate, or give you a mailing address.
Hang in there.

Pay the loan off. It is as simple as that. Just pay the loan off. Get a another checking account at another bank and write them a check. If you do not have the money then you need to sell stuff or get an additional job. You owe the money.
