Payday Ok -online Payday Loan Company i paid them over 700.00 already for a 300.00 loan and they still want 90.00 to pay them off! Wilmington Delaware

i am another victim of payday ok, my husband and i fell into a financial rut after our wedding, i took out a 300.00 loan with this company in march 2007, i have paid them over 700.00 for a 300.00 loan i thought it had to be paid off by now..i started getting phone calls from this company stating i still owed 90.00 on the principal amount, i was furious, they started taking money out of my account without autharization, so i asked my bank what to do they advised me to cancel my current account, to stop them from taking money so i put a freeze on any debits from this company.

so what did they do, they tried running it through under a differant name and yep it went through,needless to say they got me again, and i still owe them 90.00?now that i closed my account they are threatning to put a lean on my husbands paycheck and mine too! does anybody know if they can legally do that?..so do not use this company, or any other online payday loan companys!!!
