Peak 5 Centrix/Peak 5 Centennial Colorado

I spoke with the agents at Peak 5/Centrix. At one point in my financing with peak 5/Centrix I got behind by 6 months. I was eventually able to talk them into working out a deal but not after they called me and harrassed me many times per week and called me at work. Once this 6 month payment was recieved, I set the account up on auto pay since this company charges $10.00 per month if you call in and there is no website pay forms. The Agent set forms to be sent out to me told me to set up at least one payment since the company will not be able to send out and recieve back the forms by the time my next payment was due. I did so and scheduled a payment as the agent recommended.

When I got the forms, I filled them out and sent them back. About 20 days went by, I called an agent again and he said that I should send in another payment because this could take up to a total of 60 days before the EFT payment will be completely setup. I did so as requested. The following week I went to my bank where my money was direct deposited and they had taken out 3 payments.

When I called Peak 5 they said that I authorised the payment sna they would not refund me that i would have to dispute this at the bank. When I did this I did get my money back, it took a lot of time, but Peak 5 charged me a NSF/return charge fee they said.

I talked to Another agent who talk to a boss explained the situation. She placed me on hold for 2 minutes came back said that her supervisor leslie looked over the account and that I was at fault and that they would not lift the charge. I asked to speak to leslie she said she was on the other line and that she would transfer me to her line. I was transferred to a hang up!

I have dealt with this company since 2004 and they have done nothing but rip me and others I know. I can see why their operation has had to change hand so many times and why Centrix the original company went out of business! This is a worthless company that preys on the misfortunate and steals from them!
