I too have had problems with Peak 5 every since my loan was sold to them by Eloan. I did not receive a payment notice for the month of July of 2009. So I mailed my payment in to them anyways. Normally I would get a phone call from them wanting to know where my payment was. It never happened.

I have on a daily basis checked my checking account to see if the check had cleared yet. It has not. After doing research through the BBB in Colorado. I find that Peak 5 is no longer in business. So I have put a stop payment on my check until I find out where to make my payment. If you have a loan with Peak 5 go to this website and read about the BBB'S report on Peak 5.
