Personal Credit Services Inc rip off East Islip New York

went to personal credit to try to get some money to help pay some bill because Iam on disability sent them 150.00 and the one dollar went charity all they gave me is a list of banks and some I did business already well sent them paperwork of the bank that Iam working with and sent them one that I was rejected sent in 9 but they need ten in order to get refund I told them that I was in touch wamu and they would send a letter and they still have not so I told them about it and I gave them the person name at wamu and ext number on several occasions and to today they told it was 90 day old and Iam not going to get a refund so every one becareful they just give you a list of bank in your city you can get them your self for -0- and they said help you get money how they don't fill out any paper and submit them to the bank nothing. now they change some wording there just a list of banks .
