I have bad credit so I turned to Personal Credit Services for help...they guarenteed to find me a lender for $199 fee. They said they researched these companies based on my credit, so I fell for it and paid the fee. I applied to the three of the companies listed and was immediately turned down.

They also claim to donate $1 of the fees they get to charity...I would like to know how true that is.

When I realized I was scammed, I emailed them, since they don't have phone support, and received a nasty "here are the terms" and if I wanted to take legal action I can only do it in the state of New York.

The do state that if you do not get a loan, that you will get your money back, but I have yet to receive it back.
