THIS COMPANY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME TOOK MY LAST 125.00 AND DID NOT RESPOND TO THE EMAILS WOULD NOT CALL ME HELP ME OR THE PHONE NO. THAT WERE ON THERE LIST WERE TO NORMAL BANKS THAT DID NOT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THERE SERVICE. I HAVE NOT RECEIVE A LOAN I HAVE YET TO GET MY 125.00 BACK. THE REPRESENTATIVE NAME IS R. DENNISON HE WAS NO HELP. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I originally used the rip off report to report a scam company that scammed me out of $195. I now use it as an investigative tool. I was thinking about using Personal Credit Services to get a personal loan. The sent me an email with their costs and guarantee to refund my money if I did not get my loan. I have the same information from the person who submitted the rebuttal and none of the phone no or faxes work.
STILL NO REFUND AND NO LOAN! I HAVE BEEN RIPPED-OFF.

You must had to have paid this via electronic means to get the supposed loan.
Dispute the charge through your bank and/or credit card company ASAP to avoid you not missing your dispute deadline. Check fair credit billings act
Also, call back into the original company, and give them some issues. Keep calling them until they finally give you your money back.

This board does not actually try to get your money back for you...you post your complaint and if someone has had the same experience with the same or similar company, they post and give you advice as to how to go about trying to get your money back.
Unfortunately, you have been scammed. Anytime you have to pay money up front to get a loan, it is a scam (or otherwise they would deduct fees from the proceeds of the loan). I do need to tell you that your chances of getting your money back are slim to none, especially if your sent funds to them Western Union. If you gave them debit card or credit card information, you need to close those accounts and get new ones.
Sorry you got ripped off.

no refund fund from the bank because I gave away my info. wrote the company three times also called and it is just a recording. emailed a alot of times same email sent back to me 4 times from mr. dennison. Now what to do?

As I stated, go down to your local branch and ask to fill out a chargeback form.. Regardless if you gave out your information to have the monies drafted from your account, you still have the right to dispute the charges, if the product was not as promised..
Now, your bank is not going to want to bend over backwards to help, but put a lot of pressure on them...
Since this happened, you would also be wise to file complaints with state attorney general's office and federal trade commission...

I EVEN TRIED TO HAVE MY BANK FILE A FRAUD CLAIM AND THEY COULD NOT GET MY 125.00 BACK. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVE A LOAN AND THIS COMPANY STOP RESPONDING ALL TOGETHER. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND LAUGH ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK. IF A CLASS ACTION SUIT IS FILED PLEASE LET ME KNOW I WANT IN ON IT.
