I like many of you have the same complaints about this company and have never been 30 days late in 2 years.  This month I asked them to wait 5 days until my next pay check and they have contacted all my references....call me at work....etc.....
I would urge all of those complaining here and other sites to file complaints whether you are late or not on your loan with your STate Attorney's office, the FTC, the department of justice, (((link redacted))), and write to www.deseretnews.com a paper which loved Larry Miller so much that fails to tell you what kind of company he was running....not the kind of Reputation the Miller's have in the public eye.  All these sites are great venting outlets however if you want action you need to be more aggressive.
write one letter and send it to everyone that way you don't have to keep re-writing.
Search for Consumer Advocacy Groups and send them the letter and yes write your congressmen and the White House too.  If we all do this maybe someone will listen.
