I am writing this for the benefit of any consumers who may come across this report.
If you have been wronged by Quick Loan Funding, you may want to check out some other local cases filed against Quick Loan Funding. You can contact the Orange county California court house for cases with information that may help you in your own case.
You can also contact the San Diego county court house for several consumer cases that were brought to my attention by some professional associates of mine.
There is a civil case filed in San Diego 1/30/2007 that has to do with "Truth-in-Lending". It looks like the judge set a hearing to decide on a jurisdictional matter.
There are a number of other cases as well against Quick Loan Funding in San Diego; case numbers SC158421, SC152681, GIN037209, SC161574, and SN033082.
I would also suggest that you check other areas of the United States. You can go on Quick Loan Fundings web-site to see where they are licensed to do business and look for court filings in the various counties in the states.
Good luck to anyone out there who plans to sue this silly, little company.
Sub-prime lenders going bust are huge in the news, lately. I think it's time someone from the news media investigate this company and post the story of Quick Loan Funding nationwide.
