Basically the same as everyone else. Quicken promises one thing and doesn't deliver anything. 5 months and many hoops and nothing! Told on a Friday that we're going to close, then on Saturday they needed more information. But I have saved all the emails.

I am sorry for your experience thus far. I can assure you your situation is not common - our intent is always to close a loan quickly and with a happy client. The average closing time is about 25 days.

no last name on your e-mail? nice cut and paste answer kelly. Why haven't you all been responding on here? what rock did u crawl from under to all sudden have a concern for customers. how about the other almost 2000 postings on here? is busniess slow? why don't u post to the 3000 past employees (see NKA.com) who have had a lawsuit against the company for overtime pay, that's been going on for 5 years now? kelly is just another one of those blood sucking money driven mortgage bankers that dan creates.

I assure you my answers are not cut & paste. I am here to help the clients of Quicken Loans. I am a real person and my real name is Kelly - the shortened e-mail address is to make it easy for our clients to contact me. You are welcome to as well.

I Agree Kelly Can Care Less About Customers...
