This is my most recent experience with ROADLOANS/Triad: After never receiving our Sept. '06 check we sent the Dec. '06 pymnt by CERTIFIED mail. Oct/Nov were pd online/they charge extra for this. Fourteen days later Roadloans states in an email to us (after I contacted cust. service) that they will not accept the certified mail so we make the payment online and pay the extra charge to do this.

EIGHTEEN days after we mailed our Dec pymnt. Roadloans cashed our first check!!! Sept. has never been found. We now have 2 payments being taken out of our checking acct. this week.

This company is so poorly run. The management should be fired/replaced. If this posting prevents just one consumer from financing with them that's just great. We are trying to refinance ASAP.
