Sallie Mae Student Loan Scam Lied Harrassed Ripoff Wilkes Barre Pennsylvania

I opened a student loan through Sallie Mae, I tried to change my major in school, but the school messed up causing me to drop out. Upon attempting to join another school I found out that I had a 25 thousand dollar balance with Sallie Mae for less than a year of school.

I then found out that Sallie Mea dispursed 6,500 dollars after I left the school to the school. I contact the school and then for almost everyday for a year was forced to recover the money on my own because despite the fact that Sallie Mae dispursed the money when they shouldnt have, Sallie Mae explained that it was up to me and only me to get it back.

After a year and 3 months I was contacted by the head of financial aid for the school for a follow up, I explained to him that I had been being harrassed by the company, and that they keep saying that the school had not returned the money. He checked and it turned out that Sallie Mae had the money since August of the prior year, and lost it in thier own records.

I was then contacted by a man who wanted to try and help me obtain a forebearance for the loan, but the only way I could do so was by paying 790.00 dollars from my taxes. We paid them for a six month forebearance instead of buying our kids beds. Two weeks later I began recieving collection calls from Sallie Mae, upon checking the man lied to get the money, and simply brought my account current instead of granting forebearance. As of today I have recieved litterally sixteen calls from Sallie Mae both in which I cussed them out, and they too tried to intimidate me, and a few times even insulted me.

STAY AWAY FROM SALLIE MEA!!! THERE ARE OTHER LOAN COMPANIES OUT THERE!!!
