Sallie Mae never sent me the truth in lending papers but sent the school the check. By the time I found a person whom understood English, they informed me my payments we over 500.00 and the loan was only for three years. I said that I never signed for this loan and I never would the payments were way too high! They said I did. When I tried to sign in online they had the wrong birthday by 22 years and the wrong address and state. Someone else could of esigned this loan! They said I had to call the school and tell them to send the money back to cancel the loan!

What exactly are you complaining about?
Did you actually apply for a loan? Because if you applied the only way they could get the wrong information is if you put it on there. But if you, for what ever reason, didn't know the terms until now. If they said to cancel the loan just call the school and have them return the money..why don't you do that?
If you didn't apply for it then you have a case of Identity Theft, and that is an entirely different matter.
