I have a second mortgage with Saxon of 150K and a 700K first. I was unable to continue making payments so I hired a real estate agent to sell my property on a short sale. The first Home Eq is taking almost a 300K hit and is in first position. Saxon is wanting 15k or me who is losing my home to sign a note for 15k. How rediculous is that. Why would anyone sign a note who is losing their home so it looks better on their balance sheet. If the house goes to foreclosure today they get nothing the first has offered them 5k to walk away yet they aren't budging would some attorney please start a class action law suit against these AH's. I would be happy to work on this for you for free. Saxon need to find some competent peopleto handle there foreclosure department or out source it! At this point in time I'm going to start looking in my area for everyone with a Saxon loan and make sure they have dotted all the I's and crossed all the T's. For you attorneys out there many of their stated loans are filled with fraud which they underwrote and approved knowing that income and assets were inflated to get approval, where is their accountabilty. Please nail the coffin door on ths sphlitic lender!
