SLM Coporation Harassment case of Sallie Mae Financial Coporation ripoff Reston Virginia

On February 2005, Kennon S. had informed several SLM Financial representatives including Mr. Davis Style, to stop sending the tuition payment to Fleur De Lis Institute (a landscape design school, in Tucson Arizona) based on that he had no longer attending the school by means of written statement, and telephone conversation but it has been purposely over sighted.

On June 24, 2005, Kennon, had sent an Authorization Letter of Dispute, between Mr. Arnold Fusco, a manager of Sallie Mae Financial Service, and Mr. Milton A. Corey, a Director of Fleur De Lis Institute, to dispute and/or resolve for better resolution over student loan account: 011064004002-000014288. Kennon had waited for a considerable amount of time for this dispute to be cleared or resolved, but it has not.

During the month of February – August 2005, The SLM Financial representatives were negligently by:

a) constantly engaged in telephone conversation repeatedly with intent to annoy, abuse, harass;

b) Threat of use of violence or other criminal means to harm reputation with negative credit bureau report or insulted Kennon and his mother's as co-signer.

As a direct consequence of Defendants negligence, Plaintiff was suffered intense depression, unable to study, unable to get loan from a bank, loss of income and benefit and other maladies; all of which, now and in the future, will cause him great suffering and considerable inconvenience.

WHEREFORE Plaintiff demands judgment against defendant in the sum of four hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($450,000), together with the costs and disbursements of this action and for such other relief as the court deems just and equitable.
