Sonic Payday Loans This company is harassing me @ work and sending false documents to my employer! Oaks Pennsylvania

I did borrow money from this company several times. When I received a bad check from someone else and I could not remit full payment I called the company and their response was literally "Oh well that is not our problem it is yours"

They then attempted to withdraw the money and I did not have enough and my account was over drawn. When they called me and told me they could not take the rest out of my account on the next payday because they did not have my permission. Two paydays later they did exactly that. They tried to remove the money from my account. I then tried to tender payment through Express Pay and it was going to cost another $85 and I refused.

The company started calling my employer and included all details to not only my supervisor and the payroll lady but also to the HR department. they sent a Declaration of Wage Assignment to the payroll department it states on this form that I electronically signed it and I never have.

I want this harassment needs to stop. This company has NO right to treat me or other consumers with such disregard for the law.
