The loan approval was $5000. Kevin Burke stated they needed first 5 months of payment for collateral.  I was to send $900 western union to some person in Canada.  As I was unsure about doing this but I did for the sake of receiving the loan the next day.  Next day, David Ward calls and says the loan did not go through because of Insurance reasons. They would need more money to process the loan.  As mad as I was, I google searched and found others in the same situation.  No loan and no refund.  I called back and was told I would be refunded on January 11th 2010. 

The cost of Western Union was $76.  They said it would be refunded along with the loan deposit.  Liars!  Scammers!  I do not believe Kevin Burke and David Ward are real individuals working in Florida.  They are running a scam business in Canada using these fake names. Now what? Did anyone receive a refund OR a loan?  It does not exist. I should have known.  NEVER wire money to an individual. 

Everyone report this to the Better Business Bureau in Florida.
