Summit Group LLC DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. Internet

A few months ago I was trying to find a quick payday loan and had came across a sight where seems ok - It was not of summit group site but a sight where I had provide some information (email and phone) for someone to contact me then someone called sounding professional and asked me some information and said that they will send me some information for me to fax if I get approved for a loan and the documents they sent were very confusing and after that I had recieved it I just ignored them and left it as that and never had signed anything.

Then just recently after several months after I checked my account and noticed that summit group have been deducting $90 every 2 week off my bank account.

I had called them and they said it was finance charge. I have never heard of a finance charge being that high for anything.

I have contacted my bank and will be finding a lawyer. let me know if you also have a similar case regarding them.
