i am reporting superior recovery services because they debited my account before my pay date, which is what we agreed on, they went ahead and debited my account before the agreed upon time, causing my account to be overdrawn
i only authorized them to withdraw funds on 01/08/10 and 01/22/2010
I spoke to someone named frank shapiro, and he said that we could settle for $511.31
and that the first payment of 270.65  would be debited on 01/08/10 and the second payment of 270.65 would be debited on 01/22/2010 instead they debited funds on 12/29/09 causing my account to be overdrawn.
