this company said my wife was white but she is black. they lied to the goverment to get a loan ,there paper work was change on how much we where going to get back and we didnt get it the and countrywide are not trying to here the truth about what they did. they stoled my equit out of my home saying it wasn't going to cost me any thing o but it did it cost about $8000.00 to go from a 8% arms to a10.400% fix this company is a ripoff company don't do business with them they are liers.

the man name is jeremy hinman loan officer for surpoint abn firstresidental mortgage network,inc 10/30/06 i am still trying to get my money back from this company one of there men said he is tired of them sending him out to n------s home ,he thought he was coming to see a white woman from the paper work the owner name is jordan pohn phone number 502 315-4711 fax # 502 315-3955 he say he is a honorable man that is to be seen i as for my money back but have not got it yet/1/30/2008 help me some one this company is doing bank fraud all over the usa and the fbi know about it,and his company is stilling money from the usa and vets and there faimly some one stop them.

Ripoff report filed is not accurate representation of what ocurred and a cure was offered and rejected

AUTHOR: Customer Care - Louisville (U.S.A.)

The customer that made the complaint was all over the board as to what remedy he would accept. In fact, the person making the complaint was not the actual customer who took out the mortgage with Surepoint. We offered to fix the situation and give the loan that the customer wanted via a refinance. He rejected this offer for unknown reasons. We are still willing to do so if the customer is agreeable.

I'm sorry... I don't know what your credit is like, or how you prove your income, but why did they put you on a 10.14% mortgage? With the new changes to FHA underwriting and the changes to the county loan limits, there are more people than ever that qualify for the best rates available. The best part is, FHA programs aren't really score driven. There are some requirements, but if your score is 580 or 880, the rate is going to be pretty much the same. Let me know if you still have this loan and I'll do my best to point you in the right direction.
