I have been having some problems with this student loan guarantee agency. They started early this year, and I am still having problems.

You see, I have been a customer if Educationone Loans for my student loans, and I have rarely had any sort of problems. That was until I needed some information regarding my account. That is when I started to encounter a wall of red tape and inconsistancies.

I applied early in January for a student loan, and I was preapproved. It was only after I sent in my information like id and whatnot did I get the information I wasn't hoping for. I was denied because they said I went over my loan amount last year. I completly understood, and I wanted to know when I could apply again, and wouldn't have to go through all the long processes to get the student loan only to find out I couldn't borrow just yet.

This is where I started getting the HUGE 'run- around' by this company. I would either get an answer from the customer reps like "Looks like you can apply again next month and not have to worry.", so I called back a few times to verify this info because it didn't seem right, and I SWEAR I have a received a different answer on the exact month every time!!!

So I have tried to be civil, and I even wrote the company a letter stating that I would very much like to know my loan information regarding when I could safely borrow again. However, I never received any response from this company. I have even called and left messages, and customer reps from the company claim they would assist me and contact me back within the hour with my much needed info, but they NEVER do.

I even asked a customer service rep if I could have an 'in writting' print out of my account showing when I can borrow again safely, and she said "No, we don't do that." Can student loan companies REALLY deny customers their own personal account information???!!!

If this company reads this, I would LOVE to receive a signed letter from them asap stating when I apply again safely.

Finally Starting to get some answers from Education One Thanks Ripoff Report

I guess the Rip Off Report must have jarred them awake because I am FINALLY starting to get some answers. :) I received an email yesterday night, and I even got an actual persons office number to call, instead of an 800 number to a call center. I am supposed to get a thorough response today, and I have high hopes. :) Thanks ripoffreport.com!
