Timothy Cox is a dangerous individual who has no business dealing with the public or entering into any financial transaction. If you are a banker, DO NOT OPEN an account for this person or any entity where he is a principal. Do not sell him real estate. Do not buy real estate from him. Any title insurance he provides you is false and created by someone not licensed to practice law! Do not offer him any kind of financing secured or otherwise.

A local bank here believes that he contrived a check kiting scheme to defraud them of $300,000. He is bing sued for mortgage fraud of over $2 million.

He also lies about his education. He has no college degree. He lies about serving in the military. He did not serve. (All verified)

He will try and scam you for every penny he can. His ssn is 313-64-0645. His drivers license is 16456493. His date of birth is 11/25/1963.

Deal with him only if you want to lose your money or your time. He also has a propensity to get people involved in lawsuits.

It is possible by now that he has fled to Brazil. I suspect he will try to scam some Brazilian farmland owners in the near future.
