I am not at all surprised at the number of complaints filed against this company. I have nothing new to say just that my experience was, sadly, not unique. The lies, double talk, broken promises and rude customer service is beyond understanding. There ought to be some type of regulatory commission or oversight committee to review the business practices of companies like these. Pull their license today. Stop the madness. I hope there is a successful class action lawsuit because I definitely would like to have my day in court against these guys. Understandably they want their money, but to call someone's job repeatedly just to make threats, harrass, and belittle hardworking people is simply unfair. They must be hard up for business otherwise they would not bully their customers in this manner. Shameful, disgraceful and pathetic that's how I would describe them.
