I too, was told that if I made my payments on time that I would be able to refinance my car loan and get my payment lowered and obtain a lower interest rate. I had been a good paying customer for the first 2 years of my car loan…never late!

My income has lowered and I have begged them for help lowering my loan payments for the last 6 months. They tell me NO!…that they do not finance cars any longer or make new car loans. I am not trying to get a new loan…I need my payment lowered.

They will not help me without another phone number other than my own and give them access to my bank account. What a big farce!

I would like to know just how many good paying customers have had this happen to them.

My next move is to file a formal complaint against them with the BBB, and then I am going to see an attorney to file a class action suit against them for misleading consumers and unfair banking practices!

I have filed a complaint with the BBB...

Upon filing my complaint with the BBB today, I read the report for Triad Financial Corporation on the BBB website and in the last 36 months there have been 200 complaints filed and 101 of them were filed in the last 12 months. Seems I am not the only consumer having problems with this company! Thanks
