Richard Joaquim borrows money to keep TWISTIQUE “TECHNOLOGY, his daughters company alive. The problem is he is an habitual liar and coerces people into loaning him money out of desperation. He now has 3 Trust Deed against his property. He will say he cannot use his property as collateral due to his "partners." That is a lie. He doesn't want anyone to know they'll be in 4 position.
Do not loan Richard or Nancy Joaquim money. You will join the many who are now fighting just to communicate with him. He does a great job of blaming others for his failure.

This is not true, we have never not paid back any loans or obligations that were due.
This individual has repeated ly tried to assert untrue claims,with no substatiation, there is no truth to his claims. We are arranging legal action through our attorney to deal with his false allegations.
Twistique is not and has not ever had any contact with this individual.These assertions are false.
He is trying to obtain monies through false pretenses.

Absolutely false statements made by someone with a hidden agenda. None of what he has said is true.
There has never been a time when any loans or obligations were not paid back when they were due. This individual has tried to assert untrue claims with no substantiation. There is no truth to his claims.
