United Auto Credit Harrassment Ripoff Guilderland New York

United Auto credit is a horrible horrible excuse for a buisness. I can not believe the tactics they use are legal. I was told if you write a letter and tell them to no longer contact you they have to stop. Not with these animals. They call your work repeatedly. Leave notes on your cars. They call three days before your payment is due to see if you sent it out. they find people you know or barely know and they call them repeatedly and harrass them. They tell anyone that will listen your personal buiseness. They give out names and private phone numbers of people you know to other indivduals. They threaten you though other people. They send you rediculous letters pretending to be someone you know to make you call them. I told them my husband was not on my loan and that he had just gotten out of the hospital after having a stroke. I told them not to call him. His life could depend on it. I told them he only had so many minutes left on his cell phone and being out of work we could not replenish it. He needed the phone for emergencies to call 911 if he had another relapse. They called at least 8 times a day till the phone got shut off. They are heartless bastards. Do you know when you give them the authority to go into your credit that one time to qualify for a lone. Well let me tell you a little something. They go into it over and over again trying to get info on you and find other people you may know to harrass. And believe me it does not matter how good your credit may be or how faithful you pay. They will find a reason to harass you.
