This company is nightmare, I took out a loan for 300.00 and to this date 6/13/07 I have paid 782.00. This means I will have paid double the cost of the loan and interest.
I have called and spoke to customer service reps, which are never helpful. I have called to correct this matter more than three times. Everytime I ask what were there last notes from the previous conversations, Im advised by the rep, there's no records of other conversations that have taken place. You can't request to speak directly to a manager. The rep takes your phone number and tells you the manager will give you a call back, which never happends.
This company has been withdrawing money from my account twice a month, but they debit my account twice in one day. The best thing to do is call your bank, and claim fraud or have the bank stop accepting withdrawrals from this company.
I hope there is a class action law suit palced against this company, this just isn't fair.
