United Cash Loan Unclear, Rude and Sneaky Internet

This company is a pain to work with. I had to call my bank in order to get a working number to even contact them! The payback policies are not clear and are deceptive at best! I had a 300 loan and to date have paid 735! I was told there is still 195 due! They charge you a 90 "service fee" every month if you renew instead of paying off but dont charge you every month for it and debit your account for the missed month whenever they feel like it! You have to contact them in writing if you dont want to be charged the service fee but no one bothered to explain that. Here I thought I was paying things off and wasnt.

When I did contact customer support, they tried to deny that I had made any payments and I had to tell the customer service rep that I had my bank account sitting in front of me that said otherwise. Then they changed their tune, but not by much.
