United Cash Loans - Eloan.com ripoff Loan processed after CANCELLATION call they are trying to ripoff extra money Internet

Late last month, 26-June-06, I came accross "United cash loans" through a Google search for payday advances. I had never gotten a payday advance before and was leaving in 2 days for a trip. I figured it would be helpful to get $300 for my trip knowing my check would available the following week.
I went through the entire process, giving my banking info, references, reading the terms, etc. I was sent a confirmation email from a seperate company in which they ask for an electronic signature to finalize the loan. At this point I became nervously skeptical, so instead of filling out the final forms, i called the number and cancelled with a live person.
Two weeks later, i am closing my bank account, not from this situation, and as I am on the phone, they inform me I have a balance of 300 and they will be sending me a check. After I found out what it was for I grew beyond livid!! I now know they are going to be attempting to collect more than the 300 especially considering the debt had already been outstanding for interst to accrue. I spent the next 2 days attemopting to find any sort of contact information I could, to NO avail. Well, I got a call today from these iggnorant people at an "unknown" number. I explained what happened to the first CSR, who put me through to a supervisor, who put me through to the company manager, who advised me they have NO record of a cancellation and "as a favor will only ask for $390 back instaed of the $480 owed to them". I have repeated myself verbatim, over and over again, and without yelling or being hysterical. The iggnorant woman on the other end of the line still does not seem to get that I will NOT give them an extra cent from this loan, I will send them the $300 once i receive the check because, "It is only right and your money, not mine".
They still want me to give them the extra $90 and before I could even get an address, she dissconnected the call-so-here I am, still with NO means of contact to these people. I have decided to bring to my attorney's attention!!!!!!!!!

I'm seeking legal help for a loan I took out back in April that I paid back and now according to united cash loans I owe for another loan that was done in May. I have been calling them after that took $560 out of my account and I was first told to send in a bank statement with proof that the money was taken out by them. So I fax that and then I was told I need the actually cancel check so I fax that. Well now their saying I need a letter from my bank my bank does not do that. So united cash states it will take 90 days before that get the check. So I was like who took my money and that said their band Silver but they have to wait from them to send proof that the loan was paid before they can give me a refund. Well it has been 90 days and I still have not gotten anything I seeking legal advise tomorrow.
