USA Credit Fraudulent Information/Identity Theft Internet

The descriptive FTC report adequately describes this companies MO (method of operation) wherein they pilfer PAYDAY Loan application information to pose as lenders who approve a credit application allowing the applicant to purchase merchandise from their cadre of suppliers.

Illegally, they charge your bank account a yearly fee based upon stolen account information from the PayDay Loan advertilsers. The bank (BofA in this case) claims their hands are tied until the funds are debited, after which you must dispute charges. Knowing the time delay in dispute registration/investigation, USA Credit garners illegal bank debits to use until the bank investigates and makes a decision to reverse charges.

One wonders if they participate in the conspiracy. Please read complaint filed with FTC:

During the process of responding to a "Pay Day Loan" e-mail offer, this company pilfered banking information (Routing and Account information) to illegally structure a credit card application in their favor for which they threatened to debit my checking account a yearly fee of $149.95. My bank claims they cannot pre-empt such a transaction due the lack of a 'paper trail'. Internet research of this company shows that their victimization list is long and growing.
