This is the worst people I've ever dealt with.  Since they were WFS I've been humiliated and treated like garbage by several people at this company.  Now that they've merged I recognize that some of the same people are still there.  They constantly add up late charges for no reason.  They would call at all hours to intimidate and threat taking my car.  They are out of control.  The harassment stopped when I got fed up and sent a letter to the office of the president.  Someone from the office of the president called and went over my account with me because no one would take the time to do so.  I could go on and on but they are seriously not worth it.
