Wells Fargo Auto Finance withdrew funds out of personal checking without authorization Phoenix Arizona

on 5/19/'08 i made an online payment which i had told "james", the finance officer at wells fargo auto finance, i would do, then on 5/21/'08 they withdrew another payment without my authorization. i incurred $245.00 in overdraft fees which i disputed to their customer service at said company and they refused to reimberse any of the fees i incured.nor, did they return the extra payment they took without my authorization.

when i called them to dispute this issue they, of course, "said conversation" was not recoreded. again the same applied the first time with "james".

now again, being out of work since august of '08, i have been late and behind with help, i was able to make payments until three months ago. i called customer service again and asked if there was anything i could do, suspend payments or defer payments or possibly refinance to lower my payments until i was working again. they defered 2 payments. now after many conversations they said no more deferments for my account. i explained i was in school, and had no income. they asked if i would be able to make a payment by the end of july, i told them i didn't know, and would inform them towards the end of the month and told them that i had no issues with surrendering the vehicle as it is my only course of action available at this time.

thy again withdrew a payment on 7/16/'09 without my authorization, which would have caused overdrafts of $250.00 or more. i was fortunate to have caught and put a stop payment on that payment with my banks help. i have closed that account and since opened another with a different bank. had i not been up on my account activity again they would have stolen money for a third time, and most certianly gotten away with it.
