WESTBURY VENTURES - IDPROSUP.COM A RIPPOFF PAYDAY LOAN COMPANY I NEVER APPLIED TO OR EXCEPTED A LOAN FROM!! Wilmington Delaware

Of course you all know sometimes a finacial hurddle comes up and you may use a payday loan to get you out of the rut that you are in not to be put in a bigger one!
At the end of December 2007, I went online and applied for a payday loan. Several companies contacted me to confirm the loan and to verify whatever information that was needed before dumping money into your account. Well the next day I went to my account and saw 3 payday companies that I had no Idea who they were. Westbury Ventures was 1 of them. The other companies I contacted and they removed the money but Westbury Ventures on the other hand could not be reached. I just kept getting a message saying "please enter the extention of the person you are trying to reach". I spoke to my bank and they advised me to contact the merchant which I already did and got me no where. After I told them that they put my account on a limited status to avoid any unauthorized deductions unless I authorized it.

Well the next day or so IDPROSUP.COM WAS TRYING TO TAKE 31.98 out of my account. I told my bank that was not authorized by me and they did not honor it. I then found the website for them and emailed a rep that told me this is was i signed up for when I was seeking a payday loan. Even though I was denied for the loan, I authorized this. I asked them to cancel it and they kept trying to push it on me.

After my bank did not authorize the transaction and I contacted them, I received a call from some women on behalf of Westbury Ventures threatening to sue me, telling me what I need to do and to mark my Social as "Fraud". She says that I owe them 390.00 that was deposited into my account.Who me not me especially for something I did not request. I asked her for the paperwork to back this up and she told me "It is not her job to produce paperwork to back up anything and I should be a grown up and pay my bills". Now she keeps calling and harrassing me. I will be looking into this furture before I send them anything!
