WFS Financial Harrassment New York Internet

This company is extremely hostile if you are late with a payment. It got so bad, that if I was a few days delinquent, I would receive non-stop, harrassing phone calls. When asked why I was delinquent, I would give them an honest answer and they would throw stuff at me such as...Do you really think that is a good enough reason being late with your payment?

It was incredible, I also cried on several occasions because I couldn't stand sometimes three to four calls per day...each worse than the previous message! I asked them to not contact work, they did constantly. They called my friends, family, anyone they had on my list of references! It was completely embarrassing. It got so bad making a payment via phone I actually became ill and would have anxiety attacks each time!

Finally I couldn't take it anymore and wrote them a letter stating that under the FDCPA, I cannot receive harrassing phone calls all day long to please contact me via letter, they did alright...one letter...but I never receive anything in writing that they were going to repo my car...which they did...it was horrible. Anything that can be done about this company, I am all for it.

people come on hard times, especially these days, these creditors are elated to give you credit when you need it, but god-forbid when you need someone to help you...they are right there to keep you down and eventually ruin the health and well-being of a person over a loan.
