World Savings Bank Ripoff San Antonio Texas

We took out a loan with this bank for my house mortage, Weput 20% down and asked for a fixed rate which we did not received although I have a 700 plus credit score. They kept changing the terms and we were really backed into a corner because we anticipated that we would be approved, set-up escrow and paid all the fees required and we would lose close to $5000.00 if we backed out but I truly believe that is what they intended, so we went through with the purchase. About (6) six after we were offered a chance to change our payment plan to by monthly to reduce our interest over the life of the loan and I have the paperwork stating what the new payments would be starting in May 2007 which never took place instead that they increased our payment almost double they never changed our payments to the bi-monthly plan I requested instead they took add additional $745.00 a month on top of what we are already paying.

I am going to try and find an attorney to investigate this further.
