If you need to be at your destination on time, (especially the airport) do not rely on Prime Time Shuttle. They offer enticing discounts with a deceptive on time guarantee that they do not honor. (They were 35 minutes late picking me up for my 7:30 a.m. flight and would not honor their advertisement and refund my payment)

The morning of my flight I called and complained and to date the issue is not resolved. They would not refund my payment even after the driver documented that he did not get me to the airport until 8:27 a.m.

I made 16 phone calls over four days and encountered rude and unprofessional individuals and took the names of each one. Each time I called for a supervisor every representative claimed that no supervisors were there and that they were working with no supervision/no one in charge and there was nothing they could do to assist me but log the complaint - unbelievable. I left my phone number for a supervisor call back. To date I have not received a phone call regarding my complaint.

I canceled my return pickup well within the cancelation deadline and talked with a rep who said that I would not be charged. I just received notification from my credit card company that they did charge my account the day after the cancelation and the day after my conversation with their representative. My next complaint is going to filed with the BBB. They should not get away with fraudulently charging for a service that they did not provide and false advertisement.
