My Name is Jim C I am the owner of Gold Coast Cab of Ventura California I would never ever use this company for anything ever again!!  I was called by prime time shuttle on 1/1/12 early in the morning. I was ask to pick up a person they doped the ball on and did not send the shuttle for. On 1/1/12  they ask me to take her to Burbank airport for them. Now she wants to be reimburse for her cab fare but prime time will not talk with me or her on this matter. I was hung up on 3 times by the consumer service people and now they won’t answer the phone. No Excuse for this pore service after all she had reservation well ahead of time and she paid in advance for this shuttle She almost missed her plain and will never ever use this
service again!! 95 complaints closed with BBB in last 3 years | 54 closed in last 12 months This is a link to the BBB of LA see for yourself

You can contact me directly anytime.

Our policy is to reimburse customers for the cost of a taxi minus the original fare.  So there's no reason why a customer service agent wouldn't be happy to do that for the customer.
