We had an emergency locksmith service done and paid and INSANELY large amount of money. Upon realizing we've been swindled the company was incredibly hard to contact. There were multiple names, addresses, and phone numbers to this business. We have the personal cell phone of the guy who did the job (954) 822-4222 This number is registered to a Melissa Jazayri of 3761 W. State Rd. 84 Unit 105W Davie, Fl 33312 or 2445 SW 18th Ter, Ft. Lauderdale 33315.

Upon contacting the holder of the above phone number he said it was not his responsibility how much he charged but his employers. So I called the locksmith service the I had to begin with and reached a dispatcher. With much exclamation I explained the situation and she said her supervisor would be in on Monday, obviously trying to get rid of me.

I finally threatened with calling the police and I got her "boss" who "wasn't there" just a few minutes ago I suppose. He said its OK to charge $700 for a deadbolt and he pays more to buy them himself. I called him out on that and he said he would review the situation and I should call on Monday. I said I required his full name, physical address, and phone number before I hung up or I would call the police.

I got 305-760-6760 out of him and he said his name was "Eric" but he absolutely refused to give me his last name or the address of his company. The phone number is and unpublished number in North Miami. The dispatcher said they were called 123 Locksmith but the number 954-366-0646 is registered to AAA Locksmith Service.

The address on my receipt is for Local Security Locksmith Inc. at 151 N. Nobhill Rd. #181, Plantation, FL, 33324. This place is actually A UPS STORE!!!!!!!!!! The company has a complaint website at www.locksmithsupport.com that is probably used to trick customers in to thinking they will actually get results.

We are a locksmith company located in Dunwoody, GA (Atlanta) of the same name as the one you ( and many others ) have written about here and elsewhere on the web.We are called Reliable Locksmith also, but are officially Reliable Locksmith, Inc.

We are actually a real locksmith company that is effected BIG TIME by these crooks using our same name. They aren't even registered companies in most of the states they are working in. They aren't even locksmiths, most aren't even legitimate to work in the States for that matter....
Please know the difference. FOX news did. The local FOX news station here in Atlanta reported a few times on these crooks and they actually made a distinction between them and us....go research and help others know the difference.
