I had an alarm installed on my parents home as a gift because they were unsure of their safety because they are older. They send a guy over to install the system. My mother told me the guy was named Mike. Well here comes the problem. Mike doesn't explain how it works so my parents will understand. They aren't the most advanced in computers etc. so I take a look.

The thing is mind boggling to them and confuses me. I call the Alarm company to be put on hold then finally I talk to a female who says they will send someone out. They didn't. I called another alarm company who came out and showed my parents how to set it etc. Kudos to Bob's Lock and Alarm. They will take your money to do as little of work possible.
