Locksmith Fairfax Charged $200 for unlocking door and messed up my lock Fairfax Virginia

i locked my apr. without key in the morning. so i called them. they sent someone in 30 mins.. now this guy.. before he even opened the door.. asked me to pay $40 for his arrival. and then he's gonna charge me $196 for the opening the door. i told him i think it was too much for opening the door on top of $40 he's charging. i was trying to call HQ, and then he lowered his offer. i was in hurry so i made a deal with him for $200. He was still unhappy that he's not getting what he asked for. and then he told me that he might have to drill the door and it will cost me more even before he examine the door.. and told him to examin the door first. and he was going on and on about how much he need. finally.. he put a metal bar between door and lock and bashed door open instead of using pick!!!! he didnt even say anything or examin the door.. he just put the metal bar and bashed the door open!!! i gave him $200 and as soon as he got the money, he ran away. and then i found out that the door lock was compeletely messed up because he pushed the metal bar into the gap between the door. i couldnt even make the door closed. the lock was totally messed up. i callled the HQ right away. a lady answered the phone. i told her what happened. she seems understood what happend.. and i learned that they usually charge $150??? (and an average unlocking door cost between $40 to 125 nationwide according to google) i told her that they need to send someone else to fix the door.. and she told me that she's gonna send "SAFE TECHNICIAN??!!" around 7 PM. i waited till 9PM and no one showed up. i was on hold on the phone and the MANAGER even confimed that he's gonna send someone but nothing happend.
