called discount locksmiths was quoted a price for having a key made for my car was told $130 TOTAL.  when the tech showed up I paid him the money $130 and let him work.  when he finished I got another price with my key as ransom for $220 when I told him I did not have any more money he left with the key and my $130.

called the number back and was told that pircing problems will have to be taken care of by the tech.  the tech says to call the office and was also told "if you call the police thier just going to tell you the same thing they always do its a civil matter.  the woman on the phone Jasmine, says she doesn't have a boss or supervisor that i can talk to to try and resolve this.
