It may matter if the price is overcharge. However, it is more important that the company has good attitude for the customer service.

The locksmith told us that he would need to break the lock to open the door. Later, I told him that someone has the key is coming over. Amazingly, the door got open in next 5 minutes.

Since being charged so much, I called the company and complain about the service. All I have is "You have a good day", then the company hung up on me with incredible bad tone.

I wish no one will be lock out from his/her own house, but if you do, do not use Right On Time Locksmith's service.
