My rental house needed Dead Bolt (DB) re-key. USA locksmith quoted $39 for service and $25 for each DB re-key. I had my agent on site to get the DB re-key done. For three DB-key, I got a bill for 247.00 which is 100% more than the price quoted by the company. This same job was done in Aug 2005 by MLK Locksmith of Houston for $60. The receipt is available and can be provided, if needed. USA Locksmith charged 4 times more than I was charged in 2005 for the same job done by another company. The inflation cannot be that high.

Please spread the word around so another person get ripped off again. I have since found that several people complained to BBB and there are a log of complaint in the web about this company. I should have looked the web before calling in this company
