force group network failed to honor contract/agreement, took $1000 from me, delivered nothing, refused to return my investment, as promised Corvallis, Internet

Was contacted by Force Group Network December 2010, they had seen my vacation rental on other promotional networks and wanted to promote it on FGN

The fee was $1000 approx for lifetime membership with money back guarantee in one year if I had not earned my money back or more. I paid then three monthly installments of $330

On getting know inquiries I contacted Alex - employee who seemed responsive - three times but he did nothing for me so I waited out my time.

One year later I wrote to the general manager requesting a refund and two weeks letter received a denial from customer services, although the letter I received was addressed to me on the envelope, in fact it was headed up to someone else, from Florida. I presume it was a form letter and this is standard procedure.

The reasons they gave for denial of funds was that the rental owner had not complied with clause 14 a and b
 on the first page of their network (Guarantee). 

In all my dealings with Alex I was never directed to this website.
