We had a horrible experience with this company. The booking of the house rental went smoothly until we actually arrived in Spain. They already had our money, though we owed some extra for add ons like high chairs and cribs. (in hindsight, I think that is the only reason Paul showed up on time to show us our place)

Once they had all or money, we had the hardest time getting a hold of Paul and Jenny- our contacts wight the rental agency that rented the villa. Each day, our party found more and more issues with the house from a broken door (leading out to the pool - 6 kids under 5 in our party), to a dirty pool, broken gate to get in, no electricity, broken refrigerator, 2 keys for a house that sleeps 15, and some kind of biting bugs in the beds...

In addition to all the problems, we also became aware that the house was not in Puerto Banus, as advertised, but a good 15 minute drive. The tennis court that was advertised was unusable- no net! The house was hardly walk g distance to the beach, as advertised.

False advertising, run down, broken house was just the beginning. We were told upon booking that our deposit would be returned within 48 hours of leaving the property. Over a year later, we still haven't seen it. Jenny was rude and Paul was never heard from again after he left the property with our additional cash. They claimed we broke all those things and they needed the deposit for repairs. Meanwhile I'm sure there are many other vacationers who also got charged for the same exact items.

Paul and Jenny are scamming all the deposits from the renters and driving around in fancy cars! I just want to see them stopped because I know how frustrating it is to see more and more terrible reviews go up on travel sites about them, and everyone is totally helpless because it's Spain. I'm tired of that excuse. Spain should have rules and regulations and not just let this go.

Paul and Jenny's Scam has been going on for years and the owners of the rental properties don't even know what's going on.
