I use VRBO all the time for home rentals but was led astray by John Rivera of Viva Vegas Rentals.  He advertises on VRBO and its sister sites, such as Homeaway, etc.

The house that I tried to rent in Las Vegas did not turn out to be the house that was listed on VRBO.  The pictures in the listing did not match the overhead view from Google Maps.

Although John was very reluctant to release me from my contract and issue a refund, he did eventually refund all of my money.

First of all i would like to begin with the fact that John Rivera is not an employee of our company anymore ( Our company is Vivavegasrentals.com)

Second of all, he was the one in charge with Mr.Reid. We were not aware that John has made a mistake by giving to the client the wrong house address.

Third, our company has 6 luxury villas in Las Vegas. We are not in business of having faulse advertising with 6 properties - we are in business of providing great rentals to our clients.

If one employee made a mistake - it doesn't mean that our company provides faulse advertising. It only means that we should supervise very carefully our employees before they send  contracts or collect payments.
