Me and my husband stayed at his rental house on 9/18-9/22 VRBO listing 152944 and when we left the $400 deposit refund was suppose to be given to us within 7 days.  It is now 11/29 and still no refund.  I have emailed him every week and he keeps promising to refund within 2 weeks, his excuse it that he is having hard times and cannot afford the refund.  I am not his bank or his friend why should I have to lend him money to get through the hard times.  Give me my money.
